I thought Charlotte was from Gallia though? Even at its darkfic fanon-y death-of-personality worst though, I'd say there's there's no one who deserves to get Moon Princess Healing Magic blasted into something approaching sanity more than King Joseph de Gallia, which would probably be a pretty prompt result on that end.
As for "Tabitha..." Well, she doesn't have Elder God level reality warping to turn the whole world back in time a year, but she's definitely got the skills to hold out against the mooks and generals with the other Senshi until Usagi can find her own way back and deal with the god-level baddies.
Did Luna and Irukuku get switched too?
