http://www.fanfiction.net..._and_the_Lonely_Princess More of the Harry/Luna(pony) 'imaginary' freinds fic - it keeps getting better, and only the smallest fraction of that is attributable to a bit of input from me - though I'd say a large part is the author, Harry Leferts, being reasonable enough to consider criticism and use it, rather than treating anything but "You're the best!" as an attack, like a lot of the Voles in their Pit seem to. Especially given that I was a little blunter than I meant to be about it in hindsight.

Proginoskes - I think I got it from Chris Dee, author of Cat Tales, or maybe Camwyn, who I mainly remember for Hellblazer: Hogwarts but had several other nifty fics I can't recall the names of. From a bit more Googling, this page claims it was coined in 2002 by "Mooncalf", in this blog post (which then, presumably, spawned or at least inspired the Googlebombing).
Another site claims it was coined on December 18th, 2001 by the same person, but for whatever it's worth, there's no blog post by (her?) on that date.
