Yay Accordion! But, that last scene was kind of a "Bwah!? Where'd that come from?" Also, there's a bit just before Buffy-you gets to the broze where "Xander and Jesse" is alone on a line, then a paragraph about them is on the immediate next line - is that intential, FF.n screwing with formatting somehow, or a gremlin?

joy for the nod to 'Books of Magic' (last section), kinda disappointed that you made Leah and Martyn into Lee and Maria (I'm having a hard time seeing a chauvinistic Maria).

Well, I don't think Herman's all that stable right now - he's trying to become a good guy, yeah, but also has assasins after him by the half-dozen and has repeatedly gotten the shit kicked out of him. Simple lack of rest could be behind his more psychotic moments, since severe injuries and the pain thereof tend to put a crimp in anyone's beauty sleep.
