e: there's not a lot more lyrics to that theme, actually... maybe a line or two, but I can't remember clearly enough to filk them. Something about an adventure in space to start, Torch's VA interjecting with something and the singer saying "That's ungrammatical!" before continuing (Which also fits for O'Neill, even if it's just "Yasureyoubetcha," then this part and the "call for four, fantastic four!" line that repeats a few times before the end. The mid-90s were a dark age for cartoon music...
