We've just swapped Jango Fett with... Naruto Uzumaki. Because clones. And budget issues on Kamino. So the Clone Army is made of... Uzumaki (first-season Uzuzmakis, to boot). Forced to wear white armor that's way too big, and use weapons that they have no familiarity with. It would explain so much about the Ep4-6 Storm Troopers.
Problem is, the Ep2-3 STs are too competent for this to work....

My, a very impressive familiar has arrived: standing over three meters tall, heavily Power Armoured.... And he has no need of the Gandalfr enchantment, because he knows weapons - if he could only get that Lambda Driver to work properly.

Over his years patrolling Mega-City Tokyo, Judge Joseph Dredd has seen his share of strange things, including espers, rogue biomechanoids, and those damned vigilantes the Knight Sabers. But now, things are getting weird -- the lower portions of the City are being slowly invaded by an army of extradimensional creatures who seem to feed on human life energy.
Which wouldn't be so bad --sufficient overkill will put down even these things, eventually-- but what REALLY gets his goat are the new vigilantes who appear to have appointed themselves as the nemeses of this new invasion. These... magical girls.
Judge Dredd fights for Law and Order. These "Sailor Senshi" fight for Love and Justice. A clash is inevitable.
Bonus pun-title fic: Dredd gets his vehicular licenses revoked. Which makes him a foot patroller, in The Walking Dredd.
(Dredd also discovers his Jamaican heritage and changes his hairstyle to... dreddlocks)
