It wouldn't be hard to be faster than the current method. After all, that's pretty much converting shards + threads from signature arcs? Not much at all. I suppose it might be similar to the difference between merit rewards for story arcs vs. TFs.
Anyone seen anything regarding when/if the copy tool will get back online? Kind of a pain to try testing anything with IOs under the current circumstances; recipes may be free to anyone who can sit there and click long enough, but the salvage to make them is the problem...
