A city with no snow removal equipment or materials. People who never had to drive in the snow all their life. You had people sliding all over the place or stopped in place with eye wide open terror because the wheels are spinning (well, one of you get out and push!). or worse.. Battery died. She was lucky there was an Autozone store and an employee willing to drag the battery 1 mile out in the snow. Finally had to buy an ice scraper and stock up on food and candles. And tonight is back down in the single digits. Add some wind. Throw in some high tides, and deal with a lot of damage along the coasts especially. And also on the road I drive to work.
