added once she gets Flight.

ECSNorway, could you post a picture of the miko outfit? I can probably use that for something else, but I'm not really sure how to do it.
I think if I make anyone for this, it'd probably be Yue. Stupid costume-unlock-are-per-character-so-no-witch-hat-until-level##...

For the Miko, I did the longest Shorts, Martial Arts Robe (sleeveless) with a Bandeau/Sleeve top under it. It doesn't quite match the "robe with
separate sleeves and bare shoulders" look that seems popular, but it's the closest I could get.
For the uniform, it's Casual Blazer with dress shirt for the chest and dress tie for the chest accent, and we all know the plaid skirt, I presume.

Here's my attempt at Yue's 'witch' outfit. (Based on this picture of her pactio card.)
Colors need some adjusting, and I'm not really satisfied on the footwear, but that's the basic idea I'm looking at. (Also haven't thought of a
powerset combination I feel like at the moment. Though it should be pretty easy to find something that'll fit with Yue in some way or other. I have no idea
what would work for Nodoka.)

FF/Something Defender might be a good setup, as bubbles are defense, which allow allies to dodge attacks, and Nodoka's shown the ability to inform her
allies of what attacks are coming during the first fight with Kotaro in Kyoto. Plus, you could probably load up with other similarly handwavey team buffs like
Leadership and the like.

The Yue costume looks great, but something about the figure itself -- probably due to the limitations of the COX toon designer -- strikes me as off. How tall
did you make her? She's one of the shorter characters, as I recall.

Perhaps we'll say that picture was a Yue cosplayer. '.' (Since one of the previous costumes I was working on was also for cosplay.)
That being said, I'm not really sure what I *should* put the height at. Most of my characters are supposed to be fairly tall.

clearly I still need to tweak her original baseline costume to bring her more into line with anette the ditz tho. I guess I cant complain with how close I got working from memory of the Paragon wiki image(http://paragonwiki.com/w/images//6/68/F ... nguard.jpg). and on the right is her nice new l20 costume, where I decided to just go with the cop duty uniform.
as far as fixing the few remaining discrepancies to baseline though,,, wristbands I get, but what are her boots and what is that around Fusionette's neck?
Oh, and Fox? where are the screenies of new and improved Nogi w/tail? :p
