In reference to the last pages Zombies vs. Black Lagoon... they did that in a story where it was a crossover with B:TVS. There was much turtling among the populous... the main issue that not everyone pays for Sawyer type services and they had lots prestocked corpse fodder. Smarter undead than usual... but I've seen that. Though it was localized and plot related.

I would dearly love to see someone take the DHH setup, and write it without the round-robin whackiness, a little smidge more serious, a whole lot more coherent, and maybe a lot more yuri.
