Someone on another forum referred to the current President as "The Big O". My initial thought:

"Can we pilot a giant robot? Yes We Can."

Really? My reaction was something along the lines of "That's the biggest Teleprompter ever..."

Right or left, though, it would actually be a fairly funny crossover. Maybe, one which should be.

I think linking Big O and King Nothing would be far, far too easy... I mean just having him elected leader based on the not being a member of the previous
administration... which was made of mean and elemental naughtiness... therefore he should be in charge for the virtue of not being involved. No one can
disprove him based on the past and they literally have no reason not to elect him... I mean he is soooo 'articulate'. I mean as no one has any
memories of this naughty, malignant guy... but this guy must, by default, be better than him. That the previous administration didn't ever exist is of no
concern. Of course his sidekick would have to be the replacement pontificating, lumberjack son robot...

Seriously, it would be far too easy to set up each chapter as seen through the eyes of a different political philosophy and every time he uses Big T, he would
have to destroy some random bridge as collateral damage. Yeah, far to easy... though it makes more sense as a fusiony thing rather than a real crossover.

That clearly should be Fujiko Taiga.
E: "Did they... did they just endorse the combination of the JSDF and US Army by showing them as two lesbian lolicons moving in together and holding hands and talking about how 'intimate' they were?"
B: "Have you forgotten so soon? They're phasing out Don't Ask, Don't Tell."

- robkelk - 09-28-2009

But then we'd need a fourth Storm...

This one might be a Should Be, but The World Ends With You/Kingdom Hearts. They are from the same people, which makes it almost too easy, especially if you
can find a way to tie together Heartless and Noise.

For extra Freaky Points, consider a TWEWY/Gatekeepers crossover, where the point of commonality is that the Invaders are a type of Noise, and some Reaper is
unleashing them on humanity.

Well, Fukufics is back up, and the previous link I posted still works. The thread has been updated as well.

As for new content, how about http://www.fanfiction.net/s/5419530/1/C ... Eva_Nanoha]a crossover that should/will not work? (Eva/Nanoha oneshot) Some people may take this as a challenge.

The fated death in question could be Yashamaru's attempt, but that seems a better match for the heartwrencher midseries twist from FMWS

That reminds me of a Bible Black/Magic User's Club corssover that D.B. Sommer wrote (http://florestica.com/dbsommer/oneshot/nrm/index.htm). It sounds like a Crossover That Should Not
Be, but winds up being a hysterically funny one-shot.

The Short Victorious Vor

Gets bonus points because above all else, this is a story about the culture shock between the two crossed series.

Quote: "You want to do a second placental transfer...of Honor's twins... to you." Miles tried to grasp the mindset of somebody irresponsible enough to
naturally gestate twins on purpose when there were uterine replicators available and gaped. Even if Allison Harrington wasn't the size of an
eight year old girl, it would be beyond belief.
That Miles. That Honor. And the latter's mother being even more terrifying than the former's mother.

Edit: Just reached the end. I haven't read a more chilling finishing line than this one in quite a while. Full credit to the writer for not pulling a
single punch.

Yeah, I gotta giggle.

Quote:He needed to get Bel out. Actually, he needed to get the whole damn colony out before the Cetagandans realized they were a Betan military-applications research base and not a free love pilot commune. It was admittedly hard to tell the difference, but Elern was sharp. He’d pick up on it soon enough.

no spoilers for Short Victorious Vor, but oh me, oh my..

Also, to stay on topic -

The Protector's Vor, in which Miles Naismith is stranded on a Changed Earth when the technology supporting his covert reconnaissance mission fails.. along with everything else on the planet more advanced than a crossbow. Can Miles survive in this new Portland Protective Association?
