Re: Old Spice Remix - *Snrk* - Rod.H - 04-13-2011 - Bob Schroeck - 04-13-2011 Ooooooh, goggles on Catwoman. Chris Dee's gonna have something to say about that. Joker looks like a weird blend of classic and Heath Ledger's version. And are those the George Clooney-era Batman and Robin costumes? -- Bob --------- Then the horns kicked in... ...and my shoes began to squeak. - Rod.H - 04-14-2011 Chris Dee has spoken - Black Aeronaut - 04-14-2011 .... Dang. Somehow I felt no interest in watching that in at all, now I'm glad I didn't - portraying Catwoman that way... not a good idea. - Bob Schroeck - 04-14-2011 And boy howdy, did Chris Dee have something to say... although in keeping with the other hybrid aspects I noticed, they did refer to Catwoman as "Gotham socialite Selina Kyle". And I must admit, she had it right on another count -- the villain presentation seemed somehow amateurish. I certainly found it cringeworthy at a couple points. -- Bob --------- Then the horns kicked in... ...and my shoes began to squeak. Ain't that keen?Quote:AMV - Around the worldOh, wow. Quote:Gentlemen... Behold!Ok - you don't have to be a fan of Aqua Teen Hunger Force (I'm not, really) but it helps to know that every episode of the first two seasons starts with a short 30 second bit from Dr. Weird. And though I generally find the REST of the show excruciating, the utterly sick, WRONG humor of those short bits sometimes appeals to my deranged sense of humor. (It helps that - unlike the rest of the show, the Dr. Weird bits follow the first law of comedy - Keep it BRIEF!)Quote:Bwah? Anyway, most of those segments begin Dr. Weird announcing "GENTLEMEN... BEHOLD!!" or variations thereof. And the audio for those segments have often been used in mash-ups with other things. Like with the machinima above that utilizes the Team Fortress characters. (I find that Dr. Weird's voice is strangely appropriate coming from Heavy Weapons Guy.) Here's another famous one that uses Dr. Weird audio combined with a funny flash animation of Gendo Ikari unveiling Eva-01 to Fuyutsuki. - Logan Darklighter - 04-19-2011 Something that I would almost consider inspirational for Fenspace (if fenspace did more in the way of variable fighters etc.) but it ACTUALLY works better imagined as something you'd see in Undocumented Features!! - Logan Darklighter - 04-19-2011 Here - have another for good measure. ^_^ - Rod.H - 04-19-2011 I rather the original And now for something of some Fenspace relevance If the presence of Haruhi in Fenspace means Aya Hirano didn't perform it, May'n did. (unless I'm wrong?) the image is in the plastic. _____ DEATH is Certain. The hour, Uncertain... - Star Ranger4 - 04-19-2011 you are. The data is encoded on the metallic surface, its the changes in the lazers refections (caused by etched pits in the metal layer) that give you the 1's (reflection changed) and 0's (no change) of the data on the disk. No metallic layer, no data. the lazer just shines right through/ Hear that thunder rolling till it seems to split the sky? That's every ship in Grayson's Navy taking up the cry- NO QUARTER!!! -- "No Quarter", by Echo's Children - Black Aeronaut - 04-19-2011 Which is why I say it is even more dangerous to a CD to leave it sitting on the label-side-down. Scratch the bottom side and you may be able to buff it out. Scratch the top-side and it's game over. - Kurisu - 04-20-2011 Okay... kinda makes me curious if it's possible to revive a disk from that kind of damage.
