It's very classic Usagi, yes. My favorite Usagi has always been the one from Crystal, who was always more mature than mainline Usagi. So maybe that's it.

He's canonically Count von Count, but if anyone from Children's Television Sesame Workshop ever see this, please let me know whether somebody came up with that name, or something similar, and discarded it. As always, the Mgt. apologizes for any convenience this may cause.

This is straight out of my working notes for a My Apartment Manager is not an Isekai Character story set in late-June 2017, and it's been there for a while now.
