Aside from that Top Gear content is coming to the gaming consoles, for Grand Turismo 5(PS3) is getting the Top Gear Test Track and a possible appearance of the Stig in the drivers seat while Forza 3 (360) is getting a GOTY edition with Top Gear DLC.

Warren Brown's probably not commercial TV material, for I've only seen him on SBS & ABC (Australia's answer to the BBC & PBS) even if he's a car nut. His being on the inaugural re-running of the Peking to Paris rally with period vehicles must count for something.
