I'm looking at it now, but I'm wondering if TVTropes now has its own little acre here... After the infamous TVTropes strip, I'd be surprised if it didn't.
ETA:  But I couldn't spot it -- I found COH, eventually, but not TVTropes. I am surprised.

He's going by volume of data transmitted. TVtropes is mostly text, so while it may have high traffic the volume of data would be comparitively low.

yup. you gotta view the map at full size to see the CoH zone, but its on the Gulf of Lag just SW of Starcraft 2
