Prepping for another border rush - robkelk - 11-21-2017 Canada on alert as U.S. announces end to temporary resident status for Haitians It doesn't help that (a) people are confusing "refugee" and "immigrant", and (b) it was misreported that Canada is accepting a million refugees (we are, but worldwide over three years, not just from Haiti or just in one year). RE: Prepping for another border rush - Labster - 11-22-2017 Canada really should consider a big, beautiful wall to keep us Americans out. RE: Prepping for another border rush - robkelk - 11-23-2017 We'd have to make you pay for it. RE: Prepping for another border rush - hazard - 11-23-2017 Eh, Canada hopefully remembers that the US/Canada border is both longer than the US/Mexico one, and lacks a river to mark a chunk of the boundary. This means the wall would be even more expensive. Nevermind manning the thing. RE: Prepping for another border rush - Labster - 11-23-2017 It doesn't matter how expensive the wall will be, because America will pay for it. Believe me. |
