Reuters: 'Unprecedented treachery': Democratic Party sues Trump campaign, WikiLeaks, Russia
Suit filed by the Democratic Party in federal court in Manhattan alleges "that top Trump campaign officials conspired with the Russian government and its military spy agency to hurt Democratic presidential nominee Hillary Clinton and tilt the election to Trump by hacking Democratic Party computers."
I don't know how a suit against a country is going to be able to go ahead. Call me paranoid, but this might just be an instrumentality to get some Republican Party documents into the public record by way of the legal discovery process.

Probably better for the Democrats to wait until the Mueller investigation concludes. I've a feeling the entire matter is going to be political now.
Not that it was not going to be so if it started after the Mueller investigation ended, and the judiciary is not supposed to be a political battlefield.
