CBC Radio: Dr. Hans Asperger alleged to have collaborated with a Nazi euthanasia program - which included two of his own patients.
The article also says that Dr. Asperger never joined the Nazi Party, but he did join the "German Physicians' League" which was affiliated with the party.
Expecting the syndrome's name to be changed in five... four... three...

Apparently you hadn't noticed that the syndrome's name had already changed to "Autism Spectrum Disorder". Mainly because the symptoms weren't materially different from those seen in autism, just typically less severe. Nothing to do with Nazis.

A friend of mine, though, loves to use the term 'Sperg-Lord' whenever she is dealing with someone in an online debate that is suffering from the INternet version of, "Can you even comprehend the words that are coming out of my mouth!?" Mind, she doesn't use it lightly - only in the absolute worst cases with someone spewing toxic rhetoric, talking past her arguments, and generally acting like everyone should bow to their whim.
