Archeologists find world's oldest bread - robkelk - 07-18-2018 Abstract of the paper in the Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences Pop-science story on CBC tl;dr: Bread-making (the unleavened sort, at least) predates farming by four millennia. Apparently, the recipe is an acquired taste. So... what is this the best thing since?
