I don't know the original backstory for this one, but in the Refuge she's just met somebody who's handsome, a perfect gentleman, and 16" taller than she is... so, yeah, I know which subplot to write now.

We need somebody to infiltrate them. Preferably somebody who's already been cyborged and can already pass for a tween or young-teen.

Yes, that would work with a three-way swap. The limit is the point where Sakura gets confused which is probably 5-7. The “everyone back to normal” exchange is much easier — easier to understand, and easier to cast because of magical sympathy — and the limit is much higher.

Not sure that Change card would work on Molotov at all without her consent, though.
