Has anyone else seen repeated problems with Cloudflare being able to reach the sites it's "protecting" over the past few days? I've run into issues on multiple sites, including AO3, using multiple browsers and machines since yesterday morning, and despite its error messages they all can't be having problems responding to Cloudflare.

A lot of people reported issues accessing AO3 yesterday just before noon at 11AM.
