I'm not certain what more we'd want to add to make it not a stub. Some grittier detail on the tech behind the Xavier protocol sats, but I don't think it's really needed.  Maybe more members of the committee? -- A normally dressed person just couldn't get away with saying things like "I am the terror that flaps in the night!
