Broken Wiki Code? - Bob Schroeck - 05-25-2012 I don't know if this is actually something that got messed up in the Wiki, or it's an oddity of Chrome, but I've recently noticed several pages where material tagged as quotes does not respect boxes and spreads over them. The SOS-Dan page is an example I am looking at right now. -- Bob --------- Then the horns kicked in... ...and my shoes began to squeak. - HRogge - 05-25-2012 Bob Schroeck Wrote:I don't know if this is actually something that got messed up in the Wiki, or it's an oddity of Chrome, but I've recently noticed several pages where material tagged as quotes does not respect boxes and spreads over them. It looks fine on my end using the current-stable version of Firefox. - Dartz - 05-25-2012 It's fine in Firefox. Confirmed in Google chrome, however. ________________________________ --m(^0^)m-- Wot, no sig? - HRogge - 05-25-2012 Just tested it with the current Chrome... yes, its a Chrome bug. - Black Aeronaut - 05-26-2012 I tried using Chrome some moons ago, but I gave up on it because for some reason it just doesn't parse some pages correctly. This is an example of that. - HRogge - 05-26-2012 MIght be worth to file a bug report with Google. Copy the whole page including CSS files and tell them about the problem, maybe the next version of Chrome will solve it. |
