If no one has any objections, I'm interested in absorbing and expanding the stub Kusanagi character and the even stubbier Section 9 in my ongoing Shegomania storyline.

Like David Cronenberg, I simply wish to flesh it out. The place and the people seem rather sterile, and sketchy. The only actual change that I want to implement is to add a function for the unit in between bouts of deniability. I propose that a portion of their intermission time be given over to rapid response handling of outre Fen events that fall somewhat outside of traditional Patrol mandates.
