You can set something in the admin menus that pushes threads higher up the list the more kudos they get. I'm not so sure we need it here, and I can remove it, but for the moment I'm leaving it until I see what happens with it. ETA: Up at the top of the page for a thread, there is a little button right next to the thread name, with a bit of smaller text reading "x kudos".
