Whenever I see people this crazy, I usually smile and back slowly out of the room.
Link to really slick, melodic song by Dave Stewart. Who I wish had used this melody for something else...
This is truly a "jump the shark" moment for Obama, if not the Democrats as a whole.
Seriously, could these people possibly get any MORE creepy then they already are?
You have to think SOMEONE at the Obama campaign has his face in his hands going,
"Guys... guys. We love you too, but you're. NOT. HELPING."
I mean, sure, it's a very nice, slick video and song. It's first-rate in terms of heartstrings tugging. Props to Dave Stewart. He's still good on
melody. It's a damn catchy tune. Very nice.
It's also creepy as FUCK.
I'm sorry. I know I'm already pre-disposed not to like Obama. But I'd find this JUST as disturbing if it were McCain or ANY OTHER politician.

I'm not sure that's a good test case. I found it disturbing more due to being ear-shattering than content.

The basic problem with this sort of thing is that it makes people feel good, but at the end of watching this... what have you learned about Obama's position on... well, *any* matter of policy, really?
Things that are designed to incite people to make important decisions based on emotions and not via actual thinking are disturbing.

They are laying it on thick though. Something republicains have latched onto
bigtime. I hope he doesn't start believing his own press. I'd like to have ONE
election in my lifetime where we have two canidates that are different but
good for the country reguardless..
