People who are sceptical of climate change could soon be facing criminal charges in the European Court of Justice, British National Party leader and MEP Nick Griffin MEP has said.

Anyone know if the European Court of Justice has a web page or web site where they post their main rulings and all the subcommittee statements?

I'm gonna go out on a limb here and not trust articles written by British Nazis.

searching site - hmelton - 07-25-2010

I think I finally figured out the EU court's search engine.

Did searches for Global, warming, environment, Climate change, Climate and copyright.

Found some interesting ruling, but nothing that would match the BNP news report.

NOTE:"Copyright" was a Test, also some ruling were in French or possibly other languages and I was unable to check those.

As far as term British Nazi's or just Nazi's goes it seems to have become a term that one political group Europe likes to call another political group.

Sorta like the term Racist here in America.

Calling someone "Nazi" is probably more effective in European as several member nations have rather severe laws about Nazi symbols and Nazi propaganda.

Perhaps they are actual British Nazi, but what made me wary of the claims was the fact the speaker gave no easy way to check exactly which ruling or subcommittee he was talking about.

Thanks for the replies.

Does anyone have a clue why yuku is now removing all my returns, tabs and blank lines?

it always does that, unless it doesn't. If you ever figure out the pattern tell me.

On the subject on the BNP being the nazi party... all British news papers i have read that mentioned them at least tend to imply this, so it's probably a fair summation. If it's not then they are still xenophobic racist assholes.

And as a side not the European court of justice doing something like that would be as likely as having the US supreme court throw out copyright. If it happened it would be the news of the century and news networks everywhre would cary the story.
