Anyhow about six months ago I saw a Rad/Rad defender who looked like 'Uncle Sam' (right down to the top hat), except that he was BRIGHT green and yellow. His name was...

On a similar note, I saw this guy in Virtue's Pocket D. An RPer, in fact. From what I saw, a pretty good one.
The guy had a cheesy Uncle Sam face, and his costume was red, white, and blue.
He was a katana scrapper. In samurai armour.
His name?
Uncle Samurai.
