Hey, just a reminder, someone's gotta pay the light bill, and none of my alts are Fable or above (the required minimum rank to pay the bills). It's
claiming it was due today at 7:49pm...

I've taken care of it.
Surprisingly enough I was able to enter the base even after the rent was due.
I guess they allow a bit of slack.

The base itself doesn't become inaccessible, but some of the systems -- teleporters, medtubes, whatnot -- get shut off; the longer you go without paying
the more functions become inaccessible. At least, that is what I'm given to understand.

If you get three months behind, the base does become inaccessible.
Sorry I haven't been online much, btw, it's Con Season and Spring Cleaining season all at once, which kinda eats up all of my non-work time.

If I was reading it right, we had plenty of prestige to pay it, it was just that someone had to to write the check.
