New additions to the Winter Event - Matrix Dragon - 09-05-2008
There was Winter Event testing on the Test Server today. While I've heard little about it, I did find information on the new additions.

Everything from last year will be there, but for 2008 we have some new details:

those who may be critical of the Universal Travel IO Set, please know
that they will be balanced by the fact that similar IOs will be
available in Issue 13.
