I haven't come up with one yet, but it's probably one of those huge self-aggrandizing mouthfuls so prevalent in Communist states, something along the lines of "The People's Glorious Metahuman Defense Collective and Shoe-shine Stand"

I used "People's Liberation Army Superhuman Self Defense Force" in my notes for China in my campaign or popularly the "Wan Liuxing" (10,000 Shooting Stars).
