Power: Gives Doug the ability to create unlimited amounts of shaving cream, or convert darn near anything within his AOE into shaving cream (his choice of color, flavor, scent, gel-vs-foam, etc). Also allows Doug to perform painless yet perfect depillation upon anyone or anything within AOE (although if he's not careful, he might remove a bit too much...). Hence the regular solicitations from various Hollywood personages who think Doug could make a *mint* performing Painless Ultimate Bikini Waxes and Full-Body Metrosexual Makeovers (and they could make a mint off their cut of the gross) which keep the paper shredder in the Warriors' London office well-exercised.
To date, this song has only seen "action" in the field once, during the cleanup after the Hyper Hair Virus outbreak from BioWerk GmBH's labs in Dusseldorf in '92....

Actually, I have this song somewhere on one of the paper lists in my characters folders. I always intended to throw it into a game.
My variant didn't have all the hair-removal etc., but it did have a switchable effect -- based on the target, and how they mentally complete the lyrics.
ETA: Oh, btw -- dunno about your link above, but the original and definitive version is by Benny Bell.
