Now this could make a mess... - jpub - 12-19-2003 Zombie Jamborie (Streetnix version) It was a Zombie Jamboree Right there in the New York cemetery It was a Zombie Jamboree Right there in the New York cemetery Zombies from all parts of the island Some of them were great Calypsonians Since the season was Carnivale (season) They got together in Bacchanal Huh! Back to back Belly to belly Well, I don't give a damn 'Cause I'm stone dead already Back to back Belly to belly It's a Zombie Jamboree Hey hey hey hey! **************** Massive outbreak of people rising from the dead, perhaps?-- Christopher Angel, aka JPublic www.yggdrasil.org Re: Now this could make a mess... - Bob Schroeck - 12-19-2003 I'd rather it be an extensive illusion; easier to be a good guy with that. And I'd definitely pair it with "Thriller". That was a scene I'd never found a place for in DW2 -- for some reason, the ADP was chasing Doug, and he led them, more or less by accident, to that graveyard overlooking MegaTokyo. It's nighttime, dark, spooky, he's tired and he just wants to scare them away -- so he does "Thriller". Fog enshrouds the cemetary, and things ranging from the Frankenstein monster to a tentacle demon come shambling out at the cops... I would really have loved to have written that; pity I never could justify it. "Zombie Jamboree" (I know the Kingston Trio's version, myself) would be a perfect complement to it. -- Bob --------- And all the girlies say I'm pretty dry for a wet guy... Re: Now this could make a mess... - offsides - 12-20-2003 Use it for Sana-chan's Halloween Party *duck and run for cover* Offsides Drunkard's Walk Forum Moderator and Prereader At Large Re: Now this could make a mess... - Bob Schroeck - 12-20-2003 You know, that just might work... Of course, every kid except Sana and Hayama would just freak and run screaming... -- Bob --------- And all the girlies say I'm pretty dry for a wet guy... Re: Now this could make a mess... - offsides - 12-21-2003 OK, so Doug uses it to get Sana and Hayame to spend some "quality" time together - ever picture Doug as a matchmaker? Offsides Drunkard's Walk Forum Moderator and Prereader At Large Re: Now this could make a mess... - Bob Schroeck - 12-21-2003 Quality time plus zombies... that's a combination that you just don't see often enough. -- Bob --------- And all the girlies say I'm pretty dry for a wet guy... Re: Now this could make a mess... - WengFook - 12-21-2003 well most zombies only want to rip out your guts or make you into one of them.... so yeah.. it would be a little hard to have quality time in the middle of a pack of zombies.... _________________________________ Take Your Candle, Go Light Your World. Re: Now this could make a mess... - Bob Schroeck - 12-23-2003 Although I think it's fair to say that Sana and Hayama could have quality time running from the zombies... Sana seems to be able to extract quality time from almost anything. -- Bob --------- And all the girlies say I'm pretty dry for a wet guy... Re: Now this could make a mess... - Koryimran - 01-21-2004 Because I just now thought of this I'm going to throw my own idea for a power from Thriller into the mix. I got to thinking from the thread about "The Song that Never Ends" about Doug stoping a mob scene with that song. Now I pictured the same scene but instead of people singing they turn into zombie dancers who mimic Doug's moves just like in the video. After he cancels the song everyone goes back to normal and are very confused and disoriented. I just see Doug getting a big kick out of the whole deal. Shawn Earl Re: Now this could make a mess... - Bob Schroeck - 01-21-2004 Hm, fun image, although it might be a little on the side of "too much". (V&V power requirements are weird. It costs almost nothing to change the weather for miles around and pull lightning bolts out of the sky, but mind control can wear you out real fast. And this would be a big mind control effect. -- Bob --------- There is no spork. Re: Now this could make a mess... - Koryimran - 01-22-2004 I didn't think Zombies had too much in the way of brains.
