view to a kill is a _sweet_ song, though I'd just say Fireproofing (Self Only, Special (Only works whilst dancing)) - but that's just from my personal
perception of the song, not from any gameplay or IC reasoning.

The 'phoenix' effect is just the single reference to such, so on more sober reflection I suspect it should be dropped, but there are those repeated
references to a 'fatal kiss is all we need'... either way, yeah, it should be self only.

Lots of ways "Fatal kiss" can be interpreted.... I'd say it does just that makes Doug's kiss potentially fatal, as in save vs poisoning.

Fatal kisses are a useless power as long as he wears his helmet, though.
I like the fireproofing idea, at the very least because the classic image of the Implacable Man is the T1000 walking out of the fireball... letting Doug do the same thing in the right scene would be just perfect.
Mm, and the Goldeneye effect is a tasty one, too. I like. Doug might experience everything, but he'd only come back with highlights or relevant details, though.
