My usual answer to "I'm not sure, but does this song grant Doug a power?" is "No." Doug's subconscious decides whether there's
a power in a song the very first time he hears the song; if it isn't obvious on first playing that there's a power, there probably isn't.
But that's my take, not Bob's...

I'll have to think about "Rock Me, Amadeus". It's not one I've considered before, despite it being an old favorite. Whatever it does, if it does anything, it's probably subtle.
And "Still Alive"... Um. I'll have to think about it. Most of these don't come to me in a flash, you see...
