Ironic in that | when he's in God-mode his eyes are that creepy | black-within-black, and also Raven, in some circles, | is a Sun god. Violent daylight indeed. The way | he is now is a shocking revelation to her. He has < let her memory fade, but the day his mother died is | as sharp as ever. Also, mental imagery of Zeke beating | down thugs, but not without taking some licks himself. He is wielding tonfa like they're part of his body. She really would, at that. And she's got no idea what to say. Zeke moves away and Teletha is by herself even though she goes to school with other children. But none of them could replace Zeke. She wants to make right the fact that they were separated, despite the fact that it was beyond their control. At this point, I can see this being Teletha's more negative emotions speaking to her. Mental imagery here? Zeke going to town on the multiple Cardians summoned during his battle with Lum. She's truly terrified that Zeke will hate her for some of the shitty calls she's had to make during her career at MYTHRIL. Imagery here of the ceremonial role-call she takes after the events post-climax from Season 1 of FMP where she calmly accepts that the KIA crewmen are 'on patrol'. (Submariner tradition - any submariner lost at sea is on patrol forever after.) And then her with Zeke at a bad moment with her sullenly unable to say anything to him. Mental imagery: Zeke in his techno-mage 'Armslave' fighting at Sosuke's side against overwhelming odds. Again, negative-Teletha This time, though, it's Zeke confronting her, where she asks him what he wants her to say. |

On your knees, face me, Cherry pie, baby. | These two lines here bring to mind Tokyo in the winter time. It sometimes rains instead of snow, thus a cold glow. Strength of character is of great importance to Rei. Even if she wants to do something, sometimes she won't because it would seem out of character for her. She's not dumb, of course. She knows that things come and go. But it doesn't make it hurt any less that Zeke has several other girls vying for his attention. Even so, she wants to be first and foremost in his mind. Arguments. Plain and simple, as Zeke and Rei repel and attract. Visions of the other girls, perfect as they seem, they also break his heart sometimes. Precious, quiet moments together. With everything that goes on around them, part of Rei wants to deny him still. She fights her hidden nature, lashing out whenever she feels too close. But finally, it comes to a point where she decides to no longer fight herself Pretty self explanatory here. ![]() I tend to get the imagery of Rei in Senshi-form, fighting her way to Zeke with a dancer's grace. Her love is like a force of nature. And here I can see her sending out Phobos and Deimos to watch after him when he goes away. She is hoping that he'll see that none of this is going to turn out perfectly. And when he does come to that realization, she'll be right there waiting for him. Mental imagery of Rei grabbing Zeke by the lapels just before he walks away, And kissing him with everything she's got. |
