Postnuptial Disagreements: Another Sekirei/Nasuverse crossover, featuring the son of Kayneth and Sola-Ui from Fate/Zero. It's dark and bloody with a first-person protagonist who is arrogant, bigoted, and wants to be a magnificant bastard but doesn't have the experience to pull it off properly. It also has lots of character development as the protagonist shows signs of growing beyond this.

Firstly, I must endorse the story Postnuptial Disagreements
I offer the additional grounds that I find it:
1. Funny.
2. Charming.
3. Has a solid depiction of the values of magecraft.
4. Manages to avoid having a viewpoint character who is too able, too successful or too much an exemplar of the ideals of Magecraft.
I do not know one way or the other if the ending, should it come, will be to my taste.
Because I am a nitpicking argumentative jerk, I dunno if I buy Calculus being a part of the education of a Magus. I am emotionally* inclined to consider Calculus part of the fundamental basis of what an adult needs to know. However, I think Nasuverse Mages might be too insular and have the wrong mindset for some types of math. It's debateable, so it can be justified by authorial fiat.
As for a recommendation to justify this post in this thread, I am reminded of some stories by a George Lorimer.

I'd like to recommend the best quest ever, and no it's totally unrelated to who the GM is, honestly! (Well ok maybe not honestly :p )
Be warned though that it contains severe spoilers for Puella Magi Madoka Magica and Mass Effect. It's basicly my take on what would happen if instead of Shepard you have an Outside of Context problem for the Reapers to deal with.
I was thinking about running it on these boards but sb gets slightly more traffic and I hate Yuku. Of course SB has been down half the time so the joke is on me, but oh well.

Lucillia has started an AU of her Naruto AU 'First Try'-verse.
First Try: Team Tetsuo
Divergence being, after chapter 11 in the original First Try, that Tetsuo manages to turn in his Genin Team Paperwork before Kakashi, so instead of Naruto being taken off Tetsuo and given to Kakashi to reform Team 7 (as happens in the main AU) Tetsuo ends up getting Sasuke and Sakura put on Naruto's team.
But Tetsuo realises that the two 'number ones' are so screwed up that DRASTIC ACTION has to be taken to get the group ready for the next Chunnin exams (which he promised to Naruto) and he convinces Kakashi to help him put the new team through remedial training (and a desperate attempt to unscrew Sasuke's brain).
The last line of the most recent chapter - 3, had me giggling:
