A Bard Lost - ECSNorway - 08-03-2007 August 1, 2007, Tommy Makem, Irishman, singer, songwriter, poet, and bard, passed away after a lengthy struggle with cancer. He was one of the great inspirations in my life, and one of the most genuine and fine individuals it has ever been my pleasure to meet. Sir, you will be missed.
