Some ideas from anime, some could at least start research on and start selling to the market....
1. Amour cat....who wouldn't like to have a furry and lovable bodyguard like Urra?
2. Very Personal Digital Assistant....aka Passacoms. I give this one 5 years minimum before the first model comes to market.

Are you sure it was a misspelling? Considering his use of the word lovable....
"Passacoms" ... but in the manga of CHOBITS, one of the earliest pages has a guy commenting how his persocom "makes a good laptop, too, if you know what I mean."
It seems the word we're looking for here is "sexaroid."

From the way the robotics parts are coming along...that may take a while....a holographic version like Reinforce....I can see that coming sooner.
