Things I do if I get bored.... - Rod.H - 01-23-2008 Well that's some what true. Even if it's more like what I do when I get an urge, one that usually corresponds with being bored. One may wonder just what that urge could be, but one need not. For if they read on they'll find out. The urge I occasionally get is, I must build something. Now this urge is sometimes satisfied with upgrading or rolling out computers. That's just sometimes as it can become tricky and irritating, something I last solved recently by building a Lego Bulldozer, a Truck and a AT-ST. More recently it re-targeted upon IKEA furniture (Which was good as I was needing a new DVD storage thingy). Still, the urge comes and goes and the top of me PC's case, now has the revised movie-ed EVA-01 to go with a Lego AT-ST. Next I think a Tachikoma, Big O or a Ingram will in the works. --Rod.H "Ingram or Tachikoma....I must have them both...." - Kokuten - 01-23-2008 Might I suggest a.. Trebuchet? Wire Geek - Burning the weak and trampling the dead since 1979 - Rod.H - 01-24-2008 Well, I do have a copy of this http://www.trebuchet.com/92901] of which I do intend to make from some day. It's just not a book I think I should take with me, the next time I go to [link http://www.bunnings.com.au]Bunnings[/LINK] (local vers of Home Depot) This post has been edited to test the boards internal image gallery function......... Still, yes that is Eva-01. In a odd pose, at an odd angle. What can you expect from a free-floating camera being aimed and focused from an extreme off-axis viewpoint. That grey blur off the left shoulder is the Lego AT-ST. Now off to find a copy of 'Forbidden Lego'! - Kokuten - 01-28-2008 in further boredrom-killing, here is SeedWire Geek - Burning the weak and trampling the dead since 1979 - Rod.H - 02-06-2008 Well, you could say it struck again this time it's Ingrams, the one on the left I put together some time back. The right, technically one day a fortnight back. And yeah they're still not 100% done, but man the master grade Ingram is so much better to assemble over it's smaller vers. Now, I'm just waiting on some gundam markers to arrive to finish the job. Oh and here's an arty Eva-01 & AT-ST - Rod.H - 03-08-2008 - robkelk - 03-08-2008 -- Rob Kelk "Governments have no right to question the loyalty of those who oppose them. Adversaries remain citizens of the same state, common subjects of the same sovereign, servants of the same law." - Michael Ignatieff, addressing Stanford University in 2012 - Star Ranger4 - 03-11-2008 You know, that last shot just demands a caption contest Rob.... "Ok, hand over the oil and no one gets hurt... But Major!!!!" Hear that thunder rolling till it seems to split the sky? That's every ship in Grayson's Navy taking up the cry- NO QUARTER!!! -- "No Quarter", by Echo's Children - Rod.H - 03-14-2008 Funny that you mention a caption contest >D Self explanatory that one, I think Corwin, stop messing 'bout with Pym particles! - CrimsonKMR - 06-10-2008 My recent distraction, linked cuz they are big (and thats after resizing -_- ) Alt Eisen! Claymores fire! The end! There is no coincidence, only necessity.... - Clow Reed Bored? - Rev Dark - 06-10-2008 What is this bored thing you speak of? Between working, working out, teaching, building armour and swords, the occasional foray into origami to keep my skills sharp, and writing, I haven't got time for boredom, I barely find time for COH these days.
