The person who provided the image says it's a slide from an actual corporate presentation he attended:

Those of us who got it immediately made a face fault.
We couldn't believe what we're seeing in front of us.
Then of course, we laughed our hearts out.
Edit: I got him to send me a better-quality image, which is now the one in this post...
