Hmm, this is both good and bad. Good in that releasing C&C:RA is a continuation of the apparent policy of releasing to the wild net (and magazine disks), the early C&C games. But bad in the fact they don't include the expansion packs and I bought the game in one of the umpteen C&C compilations EA's put out. Still, it does however mean I now possess three copies of C&C (2 win95, 1 DOS) and two copies each of all the other C&C games upto C&C3 (aside from Renegade).
