Pretty sure Coalguys is the only group doing it.
And I'm pretty sure that postscript on the page is purely there to make people rise to the troll, Coalguys is a goon operation.

Trolling or no, they're still a pretty good operation for scanlation and subbing, and generally don't wig out over internal drama like many other
outfits do. They just like to sass people.
