Autopsy showed no head trauma whatsoever. It did, show, however, an enlarged heart due to hypertension. Something that has been known to cause sudden death.
So his bump on the noggin was just a REALLY bad coincidence.
Wanna talk about taking hits to the head? There was this time at work a twenty-pound box landed on my head from ten feet up... =P
