NO! The true conspiracy is where is the paper on cats understanding spoken english. To the point of attempting to participate in conversations.

Of cause this is going off my sample size of one, an eccentric borrow-cat which is no-longer with us, which did a fair good effort in doing both.

The ONLY part about the "Battlefield: Earth" movie that *didn't* suck was the debate between the conquering aliens about what the dominant
lifeform on Earth was before the (successful) invasion. One alien insists that it was *dogs,* b/c the dogs were smart enough to surrender for food, and in all
the pictures from before the war, you *never* see a dog driving *himself* -- he *always* has a human chauffeur....
