Apparently, Dylan's reaction is something along the lines of "whatever"... although it could be Dylan being upset that The Establishment has noticed his work.

At least, that's how I'm reading this BBC article. (That, and "somebody on the Nobel committee has an over-inflated view of the Nobel Prize".)
