...has been created on Virtue by Tokiha Mai. All former Fuuka Gakuen students (regardless of gender despite the "-ae" ending on "Alumnae") who aren't high-ranking officers of other super groups are invited to join. I'm going to try to be online tonight, mainly as Evangelia, so if you want to join the group, page me and I'll swap toons if I can.

(2/8/07, that is.) My apologies. Peggy had a baaaaad day at work yesterday and was there until 9:30 PM. I left to pick her up an hour earlier. And after a late dinner and all, we didn't get home until after 11 PM, at which time we both crashed.
I'm sure I'll be on at some point this weekend.

It's a shame you weren't there yesterday, it was a very productive day. I thought so anyway, I finally managed to get the spelunker and negotiator badges for Yukiyo.
Mmm... are there any badges for the Atlas Medallion that cannot be acquired a level 26? If not, then I'll start working on it this evening.
Edit: Gah, I replied in reaction to Bob's post, and I just realised that I'm excessively off topic, I'm really sorry about that.

You can conceivably get the accolade as early as level 7 if you have a friendly high-level player helping you out.
You need the Pupil History Badge, Spelunker Accomplishment Badge, Top Dog Exploration Badge, Slayer and Silver Bullet Achievement Badges.
The Pupil badge needs you to click on two plaques in Atlas, two in King's Row, one in Galaxy City and one in the middle of Perez Park (Explaining the minimum level of 7).
Spelunker comes from the Rescue the Fortuneteller mission which always instances in Perez Park.
Top Dog is found atop the globe in Atlas Park.
Slayer requires you or a teammate to "arrest" 100 Council Vampyri.
Silver Bullet requires 100 Warwolves.
So if you sit at the mish door, unsk'ed while a 50 pwninates a few Council scanner missions in an open city zone, you can have the Atlas Medallion at level 7.

Mmm... I'm just high enough in level to get it on my own then, I'm working on completing the Striga missions so I can find plenty or Vampyri and Warwolves of appropriate level for the Slayer and Silver Bullet badges.
That means that the only thing I really need is a map that tells me where to find the Galaxy and King plaques.

Warcry should have all of the locations. The Kings Row one is a little hard to find, even with directions. It's on the side of a building, in an alleyway, and slightly above eye level, instead of being on a pedestal like all of the others.Ebony the Black Dragon

Go to VidiotMaps.com, and use their Interactive Maps for Kings Row and Galaxy City. The little hexagonal icons on the map are history plaques. Mouse over for the name and coordinates. I note, there are two plaques to get in Kings Row.
Another site which may be useful - it has screenshots of the locations, and brief descriptions of the surrounding terrain - is the GameAmp site for CoH. Specific links to the badges you need:- Axis Attack 2 (GC), Axis Attack 3 (KR), and Axis Attack 4 (KR).
The images should help you nail down that elusive one in KR. As a side note, CoT sometimes spawn directly beside that hard-to-find wall plaque, further obscuring it from view - you know, the green bloom and all.

Oh my, that's a well hidden plaque indeed, thank you very much Acyl, I would've had trouble finding it on my own.
And your screenshot links also tell me that I've already found one of the Kings Row plaques so that saves me some time.

Shizuru isn't leaving the Legendary any time soon, but if someone actually wanted to play her I'd delete my copy. Fox was thinking of deleting Mikoto, and if you do, I'd be happy to take up the character. I have vary few scrappers and tankers that I'd like to play one for a while.

There really isn't a decient set otherwise. But I think you should take the Invisibility pool for fluff. When engaging, nothing beats a full frontal.

		Yeah.
And with the new "starter powers" thing, Natural gets thrown knives, so that covers that part. At least at low levels.
