Needs more Cow Belle.
Seriously, though, very nice.  I especially appreciate the Eva and Looney moments -- and especially the times Looney and Superball shared  the scene.
(So...  I note that both "Cow Belle" and "Cowbelle" are already in use on Virtue.  Would either one happen to be a member of our happy band here?)

not that i know of, but i do remember being sorely tempted to roll her.

I had attempted to roll her at one point - but the costume engine does not allow horns and glasses, and I consider both of those to be requirements.
The Whales cry thing was the deliberate confusion of two environmental stands - save the whales, and no nukes - and confusion is part and parcel of Cow Belle/Mad Cow/Fiona's charm.
The next issue is likely going to be 12.5 as I really should close off that arc.
Of course I have said that before... plus with his ship uncloaked, Gozz is about to get a visit from even more frustrating bi-lobes.
