I can't find the lyrics to a song I heard on the radio last Saturday, alas... The song is Get Rich Quick, and was recorded by Richard Penniman before he became Little Richard (which means it predates Tutti Frutti.) It's a short song about how the horse that the singer bet on is going to win.
All Doug needs to do if he needs some money is go to the track, place a bet on a horse with long odds, and play the song so that the effects kick in just before the race begins. It's a short song, but most horse races are even shorter, so Doug's chosen horse will still cross the finish line first.
This, of course, is cheating, so Doug might not want to use the song very often even if he has a copy of it. Mind you, the end of DW II showed us that Doug's willing to cheat when necessary...
