Apparently Fox is claiming that they never gave up all their rights to the movie before Warner got it. They're currently suing Warner over it.

Amazing how Fox didn't make a peep until the trailers and whatnot started a lot of good word-of-mouth. This sounds suspiciously like Fox trying to leverage
old paperwork to make free money.

It'll never happen. DC is owned by Warner Brothers. They'll break whatever licensing contract exists, pay off Fox with a paltry sum, and make scads
back when the movie hits theaters.
