(By way of explanation, when Elfquest began to gain popularity, many people found out that the Pinis lived in Poughkeepsie, NY, and weren't sure where it
was. Eventually, "Where the Hell is Poughkeepsie?" became one of the default question to ask them, and something of a slogan for Elfquest fandom.)
